Website Admin / IT Support Job in Lagos at Coignsoft Limited

Coignsoft Limited, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of:

Job Title: Website Admin/IT Support

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-Time/Intern (9am to 5pm)

Summary of Role

  • Generate and update website/mobile content (products, content, promotions)
  • Provide IT support for Mobile Value Added Services
  • Maintain and update the online marketing plan for the company
  • Monitor key performance indicators and develop plans to improve them
  • Generate weekly Management Information report based on data from web analytics
  • Work with agencies to build traffic & sales via the website/mobile and mobile (PPC agency, email marketing provider, e-commerce provider, etc)
  • Develop/Improve the companies’ social accounts (Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, Youtube)
  • Plan, define and implement website/mobile changes and functional improvements

Responsibilities
Detailed responsibilities would include:

  • Generate daily traffic report and performance report for management decisions
  • Manage content production plans
  • Conduct quality assurance of contents
  • Scope and document ongoing website/mobile functional projects /improvements
  • Test and deploy functional projects /improvements
  • Work with marketing team to integrate marketing plans for the online target customer
  • Liaise with internal resources regarding the day to day management of the website/mobile
  • Evaluate approaches & strategies to improve website/mobile sales conversions & customer engagement
  • Significant data entry (Our target is 10,000 products and their details within 60 days
  • Update product information and content on the website/mobiles
  • Create banners, images, promotions etc for display on the website/mobile using top products and templates
  • Update content managed areas (copy & artwork)
  • Manage website/mobile configuration & parameters (e.g. payment options, stock management)
  • Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arising

Marketing:

  • Understand and develop sources of traffic (& the factors that influence it): email, SEO, PPC, affiliates, social media, catalogues etc
  • Liaise with agencies or in-house teams to implement and support campaigns
  • Investigate, evaluate and assess new ways of generating additional traffic/orders
  • Produce reports to analyse the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions (via reports, analytics, surveys etc)

Measurement:

  • To meet and exceed all agreed performance objectives (sales, conversions, engagement)
  • Continuous improvement of customer satisfaction
  • Meet internal service levels for website/mobile activity and management
  • Maintaining an excellent level of service to the business

Key Experience/Requirements

  • Experience with working on platforms such as Opencart, Magento, Drupal, WordPress
  • 2-3 yrs in a similar role for an online company/Mobile VAS (e-commerce/Mobile VAS experience will be an advantage)
  • Computer literate and understanding of basic web technologies (FTP, browsers, basic HTML, data files)
  • Familiar with data management
  • Previous experience of website/mobile or e-commerce CMS
  • Basic understanding of Google products such as Webmaster Tools & Analytics would be desirable
  • Experience across popular e-commerce platforms would be a plus
  • Candidates should possess BSc,HND
  • Understanding of the disciplines required to drive traffic to retail website/mobiles (ppc, email marketing, link generation, blogging, online pr, SEO, offline marketing and pr, affiliate programmes, etc)
  • Understanding of order management/customer fulfillment in an e-commerce context
  • Experience using packages like Excel and Photoshop

Salary
N75,000 monthly
