Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Purpose

  • Recruitment of students to our partner universities programs and market the Drums School Finders brand in Nigeria across all marketing communications channels.
  • Achieve set monthly revenue and registration target.
  • Responsible for ensuring daily registration target in the branch is met.
  • A team member to evaluate and successfully establish new business opportunities while strengthening existing ones.
  • A team member to assist in coordinating marketing activities; consistently drive traffic to the Drums School Finders offices, official website ,social media and online in the all-region in Nigeria; generate and ensure consistent flow of students to the company, be involved in digital campaigns and effectively increase brand awareness.

Job Description

  • Initiate necessary virtual and real-time marketing strategies/campaigns using various social media platforms amongst others as required.
  • Marketing and promoting our partner institutions to prospective students.
  • Maintain full update on Drums School Finders partner institutions regarding courses, materials and procedures.
  • Any other related task that may be assigned
  • Ensure a steady flow of students online and offline
  • Be involved in every aspect of student recruitment business development, marketing strategy, exhibitions, visa counselling, conversion, retention and so much more.
  • Ability to organise and coordinate events for the company.
  • Possible travel to cities outside of Abuja for recruitment events or training, including abroad

Skills & Qualification Required

  • Graduate degree
  • Experience of report – writing and statistical analysis
  • Excellent customer service skills, experience working within a customer -facing role
  • Experience with an international recruitment agency will be highly considered but not required.
  • Marketing experience in a similar role
  • Considerable experience in a customer facing role – essential
  • Must be social media savvy and have an excellent use of Instagram, Facebook and WhatApp. Additional skills of other social networks will also be considered.
  • Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Closing Skills, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, High & Sustainable Energy Level
