We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Marketing
Location:

Qualification and Experience

  • Degree in relevant field
  • Minimum of 15 years Experience in Sales of Properties

Core Competencies:

  • Sales of properties
  • Ability to achieve sales target according to timeline
  • Ability to prepare and execute sales action plan and strategies.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate Sales Executives

Job Title: Head, E-commerce
Location:
Lagos
Qualification and Experience

  • Degree in relevant field
  • Minimum of 8 years Experience in E-commerce

Core Competencies:

  • Ability to manage e-business for optimal profitability level within agreed financial forecast and business plan.
  • Ability to manage and monitor orders, sales and shipments.
  • Ability to determine and execute key e-business initiatives that will drive business operations.
  • Ability to prepare and execute a planned calendar for each season; promotions and campaigns.

Job Title: Head, Strategy and Business Development
Location:
Lagos
Qualification and Experience

  • Degree in relevant field
  • Minimum of 15 years Experience in Property Development

Core Competencies:

  • Ability to identify, research, analyse and value potential acquisitions, partnerships investments & other strategic growth opportunities for the company.
  • Ability to assess industry & competitors and set goals & strategies to meet all existing/potential competitors.
  • Ability to lead strategic planning/Business development process, including evaluation of new business opportunities, development & implementation.

Job Title: Head, Facility Management
Location:
Lagos
Qualification and Experience

  • Degree in relevant field
  • Minimum of 15 years Experience in Sales of properties

Core Competencies:

  • Ability to manage and organise facility staff activities
  • Lease/Facility Management
  • Ability to develop and implement Standard operating procedures work orders as well as preventative and predictive maintenance activities.

Job Title: Head, Property Development

Qualification and Experience

  • Degree in relevant field
  • Minimum of 15 years Experience in Property Development

Core Competencies:

  • Broad Knowledge of the Real Estate/Property Sector in Nigeria & ability to tap into its potentials.
  • Ability to identify investment opportunities available in the industry by: developing, maintaining & implementing a strategic market plan; performing economic analysis for all investment activities; expansion patterns & plan of the market, demographic characteristics, property values and political/economic climate.
  • Ability to manage projects to ensure optimal efficiencies, cost effectiveness and high ROI outcomes
