Associate, Research, Writing and Amazing Documents (Documentation)

Job Summary

  • Will be working in a dynamic and fast growing media company populated by under-35s who are highly talented and passionate. The company is 70-man strong and growing and is broken down into 3 distinct businesses dealing with all aspects of media – TV, radio, print online, advertising etc at same time.
  • The Associate, Documentation will provide extensive research and amazing amount of written communication, policy briefs, records and systems specifications.
  • Also ensure the proper storage and maintenance of a company’s documentation.

Job Descriptions

  • Prepare and ensure quality presentations and proposals for pitches
  • Create new opportunities to make money from existing brands
  • Maintain positive client/customer relationship through personal visits, periodic calls, emails and letters
  • Research new clients and prospective income streams
  • Strategise and develop creative ideas and campaigns for clients as well as in-house development.
  • Manages awards and fellowships for company superficially through directors office
  • Standard attention to detail and excellence with research and documentation
  • Others responsibility as assigned by management.

  • The Senior Manager, People with primary focus on Talent, he or she will ensure successful track record of building an organizational culture of consistently using data to improve training programs, performance and hiring, and experience in leading, conducting and reporting on training and performance activities.
  • Manage every aspect of the group and ensure that goals are met and objectives are realized across board with primary focus on talent
  • Optimize the operations, administration and people of the company and enable profit maximization.
  • Understand link between learning and talent, competency and performance management, and demonstrate ability to make connections between learning activities and competency gaps.
  • Confer with managers, supervisors and employees to gain knowledge of work situations where training is identified as a possible solution.
  • Assist departments in establishing training solutions, when a training need is identified.
  • Collect, monitor and evaluate program data to determine ROI, effectiveness, relevance and quality of materials and content.
  • Ensure that both long-term, strategic and short-term, tactical learning needs are met.
  • Demonstrates expertise in developing and implementing multiple training evaluation processes.
  • Coach and/or counsel employees in developing career/personal development plans.

Job Description

  • The Senior Manager, Finance will manage finance process and implementation for the business on behalf of the CEO.
  • Provide advice on financial matters, make recommendations on ways to best utilize financial resources.
  • Also prepare management accounting information and provide high-quality support service to the Business.
  • Produce financial reports for the management team.
  • Write and format accounting reports, in order to improve accuracy of information produced and overall departmental performance.
  • Conduct in-depth review of our Business’s financial circumstances, current provision and future objectives.
  • Prepare month end accruals and prepayment journals.
  • Produce monthly management accounts, ensure accounts reconcile to nominal ledger.
  • Produce balance sheet and cash flow statements as required.
  • Analyse variance and explore potential problems with line managers. Make appropriate recommendations and advise of the impact.
  • Ensure all budget holders understand the financial information they are sent every month and to answer questions they may have.
  • Assist budget holders with preparation of budget templates.

Job Description

  • The Associate, Marketing will ensure sales objective are achieved and support our business plans by leading and contributing to statutory funding applications, ensuring they remain customer led and strategically relevant in the industry
  • Devise and implement marketing strategies and techniques necessary for achieving sales targets.
  • Prospecting new clients and generating sales leads for the organization.
  • Responsible for attracting corporate and individual clients/ sponsorship
  • Responsible for providing communication and marketing support to the organization
  • Implement activations and promotional activities
  • Some level of documentation is required
