Job Title: Online Business Development & Strategy Manager
: Lagos
Job Description

  • 3+ years of progressive strategy, business development, and/or corporate development work experience in an e-Commerce environment.
  • Experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is considered a plus
  • Track record of career progression, especially through internal promotion
  • Relevant higher degree such as an MBA is advantageous but not a requirement
  • Exceptional knowledge of and proven thought leadership in the areas of product, publisher platforms and technologies, content syndication, and the advertising technology sector
  • Effective and clear communicator, able to interface with internal Legal, Centralized Corporate Development, Finance, Technology, and Sales teams to ensure feasibility of deals
  • Ability to roll up sleeves and get things done – offers a strategic perspective while remaining intimately involved with daily detail and numbers – a doer as well as a manager
  • Extensive list of contacts within the space
  • Demonstrable persistence and resilience at accomplishing difficult tasks; true passion for content and execution

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Strong educational background with outstanding academic grades
  • 2-4 years of strategy or consultancy background
  • Interest in the Internet / eCommerce / e-tailing space
  • Highly analytical & strong excel skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • High energy, self-motivation, willing to work hard and the desire to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment

Job Title: Corporate & Human Resources Officer
Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience required for this Role

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or any Social Science discipline
  • Must have at least three (3) years in human capital management
  • Understanding and practical knowledge of labour laws and statutory returns Competencies required for this Role
  • Good interpersonal relations with proven communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Good planning organisation skills
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with the human resources information system
  • Sound judgment and decision making skills

Job Title: Online Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Requirements

  • HND/Bachelor degree with good marketing background.
  • Qualified member of the CIM or equivalent.
  • Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programmes.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
  • Must have at least three (3) years experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
  • Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
  • Ability to develop an online marketing plan, conduct research and utilize the most current strategies in order to position the in the marketplace.
