Fez Integrated Services Limited – Our client is looking for a high-performing Senior Sales & Marketing Manager in their company’s Security Doors Division to help them meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets as well as keeping the company competitive and innovative.

Job Description

  • The manager will be responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales, marketing and his team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Monitor your team’s performance to reach targets.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with clients.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Recruit, select, orient, and train sales representatives.
  • Set sales targets for individual sales representative.
  • Report to Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • B.Sc/M.Sc Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5-7 years relevant experience in such business with successful previous experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting and/or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Candidate should be a male between the ages of 30-35 years.
