We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: National Sales Manager – West Nigeria
Reporting to: General Manager.
- Managing a sales team Pan Nigeria.
- Ensure that the sales team is reaching their KPI’s given by the NSM.
- Responsible of driving the sales in order to reach the territory target for each channel given by the Company.
- Increasing dealers’ coverage by creating new dealers in the markets.
- Create KD for the areas in need and create high commitment with them.
- Responsible of selling all of the SKUs in all brands without exceptions.
- Monitoring the distributors’ prices, neighborhoods prices and key-accounts prices in order to have uniform prices.
- Responsible of reaching a KPI set by the company
- Responsible of 3 channels (key-accounts, Cash – van, Open Markets).
- Ensure that the cash – van is following a specific routing set by the FSM & the VSM.
- Responsible of having a very good relationship with the customers, key-accounts, distributors and neighborhoods.
- Ensure that the sales team and you will send the daily and weekly report on time.
- Increasing supermarkets coverage by creating new supermarket to the company universe.
