As part of its well structured growth and business expansion plans, our client is seeking to recruit suitably qualified and motivated professionals, to fill the Middle Management Position that have now arisen from the implementation of the plans:
Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
- Will plan, determine, negotiate and monitor in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications
- Will act as change catalyst for improvement in performance/quality
- Will direct and mobilize workforce to focus on quality in business objectives with the aim of maximizing profitability
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Social Sciences or Business Administration and membership of acceptable professional bodies
- Demonstrable competence in customer service, problem solving, total quality management, communication skill
- Minimum of 10 years progressive related experience, five of which must have been as a team leader
