Aquarium Consult – Our client is a luxury lifestyle concierge company catering to the needs of Ultra High Networth Individuals as well as High Networth Individuals. They are looking for outstanding individuals who have a drive to ensure that client’s needs are met and can think out of the box to ensure strategic solutions to client’s challenges.


  • Make reservations for clients, and obtain tickets for events.
  • Provide information about local and international features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational destinations.
  • Make travel arrangements for sightseeing and other tours.
  • Perform office duties on a temporary basis when needed.
  • Pick up and deliver items, or run errands for clients.
  • Carry out unusual requests such as searching for hard-to-find items and arranging for exotic services.
  • Plan special events, parties, and meetings, which may include booking musicians or celebrities to appear.


  • Minimum 6 years working experience in an international concierge company.
  • Understand the concierge service.
  • This candidate must be well travelled.
  • This candidate must be highly articulate verbally and in writing.
  • The candidate must possess the following skills: Customer service, Schedules and people management, Multi-tasking skills, Organizational and Problem solving skills.
