Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location:
 Lagos
Responsibilities

  • Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analysing data, and identifying solutions.
  • Enhance the quality of management of the firm by providing administrative support to the business unit partners in order to facilitate the administration of their activities.
  • Demonstrate good report writing skills and paying attention to detail.
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • HND/B.Sc in any discipline
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to prioritise projects and strong problem solving skills
  • Good research skills and attention to detail
  • Candidate’s proximity to Lekki and its environ will be added advantage.

Job Title: Accounts Officer
Location: 
Lagos
Responsibilities

  • Assist in the accounting operations by filing documents; reconciling statements; maintain and update accounting records.
  • Post invoices, receipts, cash payment vouchers using Quickbooks accounting software package.
  • Update and maintain transactions and accounting and financial data such as sales records, accounts payables/receivables, purchases, etc.
  • Prepare and ensure all invoices are recorded.
  • Manage and maintain the petty cash re-imbursement and disbursement; ensures reconciliation on a regular basis.
  • Carry out all bank related activities including deposits, accounts reconciliation, etc. as required.

Requirements

  • OND in Accounting.
  • Minimum of 2 years accounting experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Quickbooks accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Attention to details.
  • Good planning and proper time management.
  • Candidate’s proximity to Lekki and its environ will be added advantage.
