We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Clients Service Manager
- Work with Head of Clients Relations Manager to generate and drive a solid brand message that reflects across all marketing materials and social media content.
- Work with campaign team to ensure effective social and digital media campaign for clients
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections on assigned social media platforms action
- Continually ensure and implement company’s policy of EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
- Fosters customer management strategies to retain, service and deepen client relationships on our social platforms.
- Monitor, listen and respond to potential customers in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Set up and optimize company’s and clients’ social media accounts within each platform to increase the visibility of contents
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, marketing and sales, web solutions, graphics, Training, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Respond to business enquiries on assigned social media accounts, BBM, Whatsapp, telephone, email and other platforms and liaise with appropriate departments for prompt actions
- Provide feedback to the management as regards customers complaints and conversation & surrounding the band that are taking place in the public sphere.
- Proven working experience in social media or related field.
- Excellent consulting, and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
