  1. One you are reporting to Iveta the Country Director, your life will be miserable. Stay clear of Mercy Corps Nigeria, there are a lot of other NGOs in Nigeria where you will learn a lot. Iveta would rather process her children’s school fees with expensive schools, rather than let national staff collect those for their own children. She has done a lot of harm and most people are resigning. STAY CLEAR OF MC Nigeria!

  2. Great organisation to work for with a wonderful vision, but I would advice everyone against applying for this role. You will be working with a mean spirited woman from Slovakia, who makes the work environment a living hell for Nigerians and treats them all like criminals. The turnover is so bad and every has been resigning since she joined in August 2014. Stay clear of Mercy Corps Nigeria as long as Iveta Ouvry is country director.
