Job Title: Facility Manager
Location:
Abuja
Responsibilities

  • Shall be on duty throughout the normal office hours.
  • S/he shall also superintend the performance of all Contracted services on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
  • S/he is responsible for:
  • Maintenance scheduling and reporting services
  • Document management services
  • Monitor / manage corrective and preventive maintenance services
  • Provide technical support service
  • Surveillance and inspection of activities
  • Auditing of activities
  • Assessment of quality plan

Qualification

  • Minimum of a 1st Degree in Engineering, Facility/Estate Management and relevant professional certifications with at least 7 years professional experience.

  • Proven educational and professional training including relevant trade certifications with a minimum of 5 years work experience

Job Title: Plumbing & AC Technician
