Job Title: HR / Admin Officer
Nigeria, Lagos, Lekki
We are a fast paced young and dynamic recruitment business primed for growth.
This role will have operations financial, customer service, and gatekeeper responsibilities. The HR / Admin officer will also assists with establishing and monitoring compliance with standards to ensure clients, and field employees expectations are met or exceeded.
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local government laws and regulations, as well as policies and procedures of company.
- Responsible for insuring all requirements of the office are in full compliance.
- Maintains accurate client files and employee personnel files.
- Reviews vendor invoices for Accounts Payable and submits to Franchisee.
- Performs human resources functions.
- Supervises collection and distribution of mail.
- Assists with administrative and clerical tasks as directed.
- Verifies client insurance.
- Assists with formatting CV for submission to clients.
- Assists with Payroll functions.
- Responsible for taking action when issues and problems are identified.
- Responsible for recruitment and interviewing of Company staff and ongoing training and motivation of staff.
- Completes other assignments as requested and assigned.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Two (2) years of management experience that includes planning, staff supervision, recruiting and hiring.
- Previous experience in working within an office environment
- Must live within easy commuting of Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
