Job Title: Brand/Administrative Officer

Job Description 

  • The required individuals are expected to deliver premium online marketing services that yield obvious and measurable results.
  • The Brand/Administrative Officer should be passionate about uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns, generate strategies that grow market share and brand’s reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • He/she would also supervise daily support operations of the company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.

The Brand/Administrative Officer’s duties include:

  • Branding of client’s orders;
  • Manages external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies;
  • Develops brand standards and usage guidelines;
  • Manages schedules and deadlines;
  • Monitors inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials with regards to budgetary constraints;
  • Monitors costs and expenses to assist in budget preparations;
  • Oversees facilities services;
  • Plans and coordinates administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes;
  • Ensures operations adhere to policies and regulations;
  • Responsible for day to day running of the office.

Requirements

  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix highly creative with ability to think outside the box
  • Strong analytical skills and data- driven thinking advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices excellent command of the English language.
  • B.Sc in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Prospective applicants must have a good and defendable University degree with a minimum of second class upper division (2.1) and not more than 30 years of age.
  • Relevant work experience will be an added advantage

Job Title: ICT Officer
Location:

Job Description 
The required individuals are expected to deliver premium online marketing services that yield obvious and measurable results.
Major responsibilities and target accomplishments expected of this position include:

  • E-commerce website management and upgrade;
  • Digital marketing;
  • Search engine optimization;
  • Graphic design and animation;
  • Video creation and editing;
  • Payment gateway integration;
  • POS inflow reconciliation with bank data;
  • Content creation and uploading.

Requirements
The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas: 

  • E-commerce with security features;
  • Computer troubleshooting;
  • Computer viruses and security;
  • E-mail and internet programs;
  • Effective written communications;
  • Ability to manage personnel;
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science. MIS or similar field.
  • Prospective applicants must have a good and defendable University degree with a minimum of second class upper division (2.1) and not more than 30 years of age.

Job Title:  Business Development Officer

Job Description
The major responsibility of the business development officer will be to improve the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth.
This responsibility will include:

  • · Innovative e-commerce management and growth;
  • · Data gathering on customer preferences;
  • · Client categorization;
  • · Innovative solutions for customer relationship management;
  • · Prospecting for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients;
  • · Responsible for client and partner acquisition and retention.

Requirements

  • · proficiency in MS office and CRM software;
