Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description

  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
  • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Minimum of a first degree in Social Science, Business Administration/Marketing
  • A relevant master’s degree or professional qualifications will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience with exposure in sales and relationship management.
Job Title: IT Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop strategic plans and implement operational plans to provide information technology infrastructure to support the County and department’s business goals.
  • Develop and implement work plans to accomplish work group objectives; assign work and monitor performance; take action in the full range of formal personnel activities.
  • Oversee and provide consultation in the development of technology solutions to achieve business goals in a variety of operational areas.
  • Create and foster partnerships with others to deliver and improve services as well as participates in forums of common interest to IT professionals.
  • Establish policies and procedures as well as acceptable practices.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects to be accomplished in the short- and long-term.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and work group productivity as well as a constructive operational environment and positive organizational behavior.

  • Competence in Data Analysis, Website Design and Management, Software and Hardware Maintenance and upgrade.
Job Title: Dispatch Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee or lead employees working at lower level dispatch.
  • Handle all related activities of dispatch as needed like hiring, training, performance appraisals and terminations etc.
  • Research and prepare resources to develop timely as well as efficient workflow.
  • Manage development, research as well as reconcile departmental reports.
  • Manage workflow and quota calendars of sub-contractor.
  • Manage complete daily installations quota as well as service calls in different geographic territory areas.
  • Maintain steady visibility to as well as track of every technician across every day.
  • Identify issues or attain approvals for dispatching grid as submitted by Dispatcher Specialist on demand.
