Job Title: Telesales/Online Customer Service Operative
Job Description

  • As a Telesales/Customer Service Agent, you will put customers at the centre of your day, helping our customers with a range of products. Basically also to build repeat sales through strong customer relationships by focusing on customers’ wants and needs, rather than using high-pressure sales techniques.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Advising existing or prospective customers by answering incoming calls, converting inquiries into sales and making outbound calls.
  • Processing customer orders and up-selling products based on identified customer needs.
  • Following up on customer’s order and ensuring is been shipped and delivered in time.
  • Ensuring our courier partner deliver item in time and remit us success delivery payment
  • Maintaining quality service by following organization standards.
  • Being the first point of contact for customers
  • Identifying how we can best help customers in solving problems

Job Title: Social Media Executive (SME)
Job Description

The SME is responsible for promoting the company’s brand, products and services via social media networks such as Facebook, Google Twitter, Tumblr, YouTube, LinkedIn, Mailchimp and Reddit, amongst others.

Primary Responsiblities

  • Manage advertising on social media networks; Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, etc.
  • Generate content for social & mobile marketing platforms
  • Develop new mobile marketing programs that increase brand awareness, increase newsletter messaging sign-ups and drive sales
  • Identify and test new reach and engagement mechanisms to inform future mobile marketing strategy. Test into new channels with the goal of diversifying the channel mix and identifying new sources of acquisition and engagement levers that scale.
  • Carry out other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Head of Digital Marketing
  • Send timely reports on advertising budget achievements as well as mobile traffic/revenue growth
  • Development & execution of quarterly mobile marketing plan, including demand sales targets and tactics to achieve them
  • Reviewing and approving mobile channel content, before releasing, to ensure quality imagery, copy content, and brand true presentation

  • Candidate must be living around Lagos mainland, Locations around Yaba or Surulere will be an added advantage.
