Job Description

  • Posting of financial entries in the ERP
  • Carrying out Revenue Assurance for the branches
  • Preparing monthly account reconciliations as assigned

Job Title: Call Centre Consultant
Purpose of the role

  • The Contact Center Consultant is responsible for answering inbound calls to assist customer and potential customer inquiries.
  • This person will have a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the firm’s procedures, products and services, and will demonstrate proper telephone etiquette and a high level of engagement and commitment to call quality.

Job Duties

  • Answer all incoming calls with a pleasant, professional voice and good listening skills
  • Inform existing and prospective members of current promotions and new or updated products
  • Cultivate relationships with departments and branches to develop a team atmosphere within the organization
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirement/ Qualifications

  • Ensure reliability and sufficiency of the financial and management information generated and reported by the Accounts Officers
  • Investigate issues relating to sales, returns/exchange and discrepancies of merchandise and ensure compliance to related policies

Job Title: Digital Graphic Designer

  • Conceptualize and execute design and branding elements (email blasts, site launches, landing pages, banner ads and all other website creative assets) often with short turnaround time
  • Produce, optimize and output final web-ready digital artwork

  • Develop new ideas and articulate artistic rationale to support creative concepts and direction

  • Execute high-quality digital photography for multiple categories used on Audacious’ websites and catalogues; maintain consistently high standards for accuracy, aesthetics, and productivity.
  • Work with assistants to execute lighting tests and document practices
  • Maintain photography style guides for Audacious photo studios
  • Continuously improve workflows and processes
  • Drive decisive on-set troubleshooting of photography challenges
  • Balance individual productivity and execution, while maintaining high standards for shooting web-based images/video.
  • Learn, use, and become the primary subject matter expert on all studio production software and analytical tools.
  • Develop improved processes for existing categories; serve as the team expert in one or more categories of photography.
  • Assist with creating training and SOP materials.
  • Monitor and upholds extremely high safety and quality standards


  • Professional experience in a commercial photography studio
  • Professional photography portfolio that demonstrates a working knowledge of digital photography, including: lighting, composition, color quality, and aesthetics
  • Proficient working knowledge of still and motion imaging software for Mac and PC platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of professional photography camera, lighting, and grip equipment.
  • Experience with imaging software and color management applications such as, PhotoShop, Capture One Pro, and i1pro
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal)


  • Accustomed to the intensity of the studio environment, and unshrinking under deadline pressure

Job Title: Driver
Job Description

The role of a driver in Audacious Business Concept Ltd requires adequate experience in driving as well as great attitude and disposition to work.


  • Safely transport Personnel and equipment to appointed location.
  • Ensure vehicle is maintained and safe to use
  • Ensure trip inspections are carried out before and after each journey
  • Keep and maintain driver’s log.


  • Must have at least two years driving experience
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must have no criminal record
  • Must be conversant with Lagos Routes. Knowledge of other routes outside Lagos is an added advantage
  • Must have proof of proper driving lesson or training from a recognized driving school
