Job Title: General Support Executive
- Provide Front line support via email, live chat and telephone.
- Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues when customers are having with their web hosting plans and services.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Good Communication skills
- Have basic knowledge of computing and Internet. (compulsory)
- Degree in Computer science or related field
- Web development knowledge will be added advantage
- Proficient in Computer skills
- Applicants must have at least OND
