Job Description

  • Our client requires the services of a front desk officer to work in abuja ,the ideal candidate must be smart and presentable with good communication skills.
  • Good computer knowledge with internet skills,
  • Ability to multitask.

Requirements

  • Making schedule and organising meetings
  • Maintain inventories pertinent to vacancies
  • Led and assist with front office functions
  • Complete and maintain visitor log’s as required
  • Documents in coming to outgoing mails
  • Administer aptitude test to candidate
  • Contact candidates for interview.
  • Ensured the optimum comfort of all visiting candidates
  • Attend to candidates and create database of qualified candidates
