Job Title: Front Desk/Admin Assistant
Job Descriptions

  • Handle/direct telephone calls. A high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality must be exercised in performing this public relations task, since calls are often received from corporate executive officers, alumni in senior positions, etc.
  • Reconcile the monthly telephone bill for the office
  • Record/maintain statistics for Administrative Receptionist duties, Annual Fund Call Center data, and specific mailings
  • Carry out general Administrative duties
  • Assist the head of Operations in ensuring a smooth running of all duties
  • Greet visitors to various offices
  • Handle general and specific inquiries from visitors and personnel
  • Receive, date stamp, separate and distribute incoming mail or other materials to personnel in the office
  • Open, review, restrictively endorse, sort and tally all incoming cheques
  • Handle the first phase of cash/donations’ pledge cards and accompanying document process
