Job Title: Account Executive
: Head Office, Lagos
Department: Accounts and Finance
Reports to: Accounts Supervisor/Head
Position Summary

  • The Accounts Executive’s primary role is to assist the CFO in the administration of financial accounts. Good management decisions rely heavily on accurate and timely presentation of financial information.
  • As such the overall financial health of the organisation is supported from this area through the delivery of effective accounts department services.
  • The role is to be performed with high standards of service to external and internal stakeholders.

Major Responsibilities and Deliverables
Supervise all financial reports and day to day data capturing activities. Well versed in Reconciliations:

  • Bank
  • Stock
  • Debtors & Creditors
  • Collections
  • Statutory liabilities
  • Inter-branch & Inter-company

Expense & Income analysis:

  • Prepare expenses and Income schedules
  • Analyse trend and variances

Assist in month-end and year-end activities:

  • Analysing General ledgers
  • Preparing financial statement and schedules thereof
  • Internal and external audits
  • Compliance Activities
  • Other tasks where required

Essential Attributes:

  • Analytical skills Eye for details Well versed in Excel

Desired Attributes:

  • Sound accounting fundamentals

Requirements, Qualification and Desired Experience

  • B.Sc graduate in Accounting or related field with 5 to 7 years of experience.

Age limit:

  • Less than 35 years.

Other Requirement:

  • Working knowledge up to Balance Sheet.

Job Title: Call Centre Executive
Required Job Functions

  • Receiving/making inbound calls to customers; facilitating, solving, interacting and providing effective customer service to exceed customer expectation and meet corporate objectives.
  • Provide resolution of all queries received,
  • Escalating and following-up on all product and service enquiries,
  • Suggestive selling to customers by introducing products (especially new products).

Required Qualification and Experience
The required candidates are to meet the following criteria:

  • Possesses at least one-year experience in call centre operations (inbound calls).
  • Live within good proximity to the office location(IKEJA).
  • Not more than 30 years old.
  • Possesses a first-Degree certificate in any field of study.
  • Must have completed their National Youth Service obligation.





Job Title: 
Front Desk Officer
 Oshodi, Lagos

  • OND graduates.
  • Must be a female.
  • Must have a good understanding of the internet and social media
  • Knowledge in Graphic design will be an added advantage.
  • Must be proficient in desktop publishing
  • Must not be Older than 23yrs
  • Must be Fluent in Oral and written English and have a good communication skills
  • Residents of Lagos especially Oshodi axis.

Salary: N30,000.
