Web Developer

Job Description

  • 3-5+ years experience working in web development, bonus if experience is within a media organization, advertising, digital ad organization
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and how to develop solutions oriented design.
  • Design and write web pages with a combination of codes (e.g., HTML5/PHP/CSS3/JavaScript)
  • experience required
  • Proficiency working with InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Programs web pages working with databases and programming languages to perform back-end work (i.e., MySQL, PHP)
  • Strong communications skills with both technical and non-technical staff
  • Ability to be self motivated and to work well in both a team setting and independently.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Systems or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of development experience in web based applications
  • Minimum 2+ years with PHP development; minimum 3+ years of experience with relational databases.

Lead Designer/Front End – Web Designer

Job Description
The Lead Designer/Front End Web Developer will be responsible for producing HTML and CSS code based on provided site and product designs while adhering to the latest coding best practices. Write, modify and maintain CSS and HTML, working closely with both the interactive design staff and development staff. A basic understanding of JS and JQUERY are also required. The front end developer may also be asked to create prototypes and wireframes and also design graphics, site navigation, and layout of contents. Demonstrate outstanding technical and computer graphics skills. Ensure exceptional quality by working with interactive and marketing staffs to meet highest standards for web design, user experience and speed. Stays abreast of new trends and techniques for continual improvement of web products and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Creative Design, Graphic Design or similar.
  • 4 years web development experience.
  • Demonstrated excellence in large scale CSS and HTML projects.
  • Experience with MAC and PC computers.
  • Demonstrated success meeting multiple deadlines.

Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description

  • Be a brand ambassador, guardian and promoter of the brand. To work according to the values of the brand.
  • Supporting the Head of Marketing and other team members in delivering the overall campaign strategy and plans
  • Executing campaigns, including: demand generation programmes, digital and online marketing, client-focused events, PR, and social media
  • Supporting the development of compelling marketing collateral and assets including: case studies, thought leadership, product fact sheets, presentations and online and multimedia materials
  • Working with business development teams to proactively seek creative ways of raising our profile in our key markets to generate revenue and strengthen our brand position
  • Managing the Customer Relationship Management system  (CRM), in particular monitoring and tracking lead generation activities; capturing client and market intelligence; maintaining client and prospect database

Qualifications

  • Degree educated.

  • Candidates should have a proven track record in a B2B marketing and communications environment, whether client-side or agency-side

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

Job Description

  • Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
  • Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
  • Provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for targeted content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific
  • Create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, webinars)
  • Work directly within the content management tool to refine on-page content and metadata
  • Develop and implement link building campaigns
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings
  • Research social media tools and provide recommendations for improving search rankings using social channels.
  • Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies
  • Communicate to team and manage project development, timelines, and results

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience with search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Bachelors degree strongly preferred
  • Proven experience creating and implementing SEO strategy in B2B, enterprise environment
  • Demonstrated in-depth, up to date knowledge about organic search algorithms and ranking factors
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems
