Job Title: Customer Service Officer

- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed.

- Ability to work effectively with MS word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Has “thick skin” and is able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers.
- Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
- Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
Qualification and Experience
- Candidate must possess at least 2 years in customer service management.
- Must possess a degree in any business related discipline.
