The Institution was established in 2012 and is dully registered under Cooperative Regulations and Cooperative societies Decree 1999 with a particular focus on SME and micro finance.

Job Title: Customer Service personnel/ Internal Controller

  • Provide information to customers and address inquiries regarding products and services also open account to customers, help resolve any customer’s complaints.
  • In addition assess the compliance of departments and individual employees.
  • In accounting, for instance, the internal control reviews processes and records to see that tellers/accountants are operating in line with generally accepted accounting principles, laws, industry and company standards.
  • The results of the reviews are shared with managers to aid in feedback, training and development to ensure greater overall compliance.


  • Any qualification from a relevant institution and discipline with related job experience.
  • Must be able to work at Enugu, Enugu state.
