Job Position:  Call Center Specialist

Job description

  1. Receive and respond to daily inbound telephone inquiries and Make outbound calls to clients.
  2. Ensure the timely pick up and answer of phone call in/out.
  3. Ensure the accurate and measurable answer of phone call in/out.
  4. Strict abidance of operation guidelines.
  5. Contribution in Call Center quality improvement.
Desired Skills and Experience
  1. At least 1 year call center or related experience.
  2. Familiar with Telecommunication products will be preferred.
  3. Good communication skills and graceful voice.
  4. Responsible, careful and cooperative working attitude.
  5. Can work under pressures.
  6. English can be as work language.
  7. Being familiar with MS-Office.
