Public Speaking skills
The world evolves consistently; the world has gradually become media based so much so that people find it hard to interact with each other. To be a successful employee you should be able to make presentations, you need to have the ability to discuss during meetings, reach conclusions objectively and represent your company if the need arises.
The only way you can do that is through public speaking. It is not just enough to be extroverted, you need to know how to deliver presentations in a very convincing way.
Any candidate that has these skills can become an asset to whatever company he/she works for. You can attend public speaking seminars and try to contribute.
