Job Title: Branch Business Manager
Job Description:

  • · Responsible for opening new accounts and follow-up on outstanding documentation.
  • · Responsible for the provision and safe keeping of customers’ information and files.
  • · Following up on collections.
  • · Create awareness for the company’s financial products.
  • · Administer and ensure compliance to all sale objectives.
  • · Manage the sales of the company’s products in a professional manner.
  • · Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely response to all issues.
  • · Document and maintain all records of sales activities and provide updates as per requirement.
  • · Manage various documents for all sources effectively.
  • · Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Service Manager.

Qualification and Experience

  • – B.Sc/HND in any field from any recognised University or Polytechnic.
  • – Quality experience in the Financial Services Industry. Pension Industry Experience is an added advantage.
  • – Application from candidates who are indigenes and resident in their states (or locations) will be given priority.
