Job Title: Company Accountant

Location: Kwara

Summary

  • We are looking for highly experienced Accountant to be responsible for general accounting functions including- maintaining balance sheet schedule & ledgers & Account & bank reconciliation.
  • He or she will produce monthly closing & account analysis together with carrying out other responsibilities required of the Account Department of Monmodu Investment Company Limited.

Job Description

  • Prepare journal entries.
  • Complete general ledger operations.
  • Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.
  • Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.
  • Draw up monthly financial reports.

Human Specifications

  • Education – University Degree in Accounting & Finance with lCAN.
  • Working Experience – Minimum of years.
  • Must he attentive to details and accuracy.
  • Good ability to plan & Organize.
  • Good interpersonal skill.
  • Conversant with MS Excel, Power Point, & Word.

Job Title: Secretary to the Chairman/MD

Location: Kwara

Summary

  • We require a highly motivated and experienced secretary to perform numerous general administrative duties, including data entry mid receptionist duties.
  • The person is expected to act as a personal assistant to the Chairman/MD and provide support in personal and business organization whilst maintaining professional responsive relation with the Chairman/MD.

Job Description

  • Manage, organize and maintain Chairman/MD’s time calendar, scheduling and reminding appointments.
  • General Data Entry.
  • Organization and maintaining document through organized of filing system.
  • Receive and distribute relevant information to/from Internal and external sources by telephone, email or in person.
  • Maintain office supplies in collaboration with the administration department and keep an up-to-date record of all stock inventory levels to order/acquire supplies needed.
  • Take notes in meetings, conferences and day to day activities of the Chairman/MD.
  • Perform other administrative duties.

Human Specifications

  • Education: Substantial Administrative Experience, Bachelor’s in Administration will be of added advantage.
  • Experience: 5 years of related experience.
