Job Function

  • Corporate Strategy Development: Participate in developing the company’s corporate strategy
  • Business Analysis: Responsible for developing strong business cases and Project Charter for proposed projects
  • Responsible for Business Development & Business Intelligence Activities
  • Review technology offerings from consultants to ensure they meet the company’s needs and budget
  • Develop financial models (assumptions, costs, revenues, financial statements, scenarios, sensitivities, funding requirements, cash flow analysis) to determine the most adequate funding structure unique to each development site
  • Management of relationships, preparation and presentation of materials (financial and otherwise) to landowners, investors, financial institutions and professional teams.
  • Office management: Responsible for managing the office and supervising other team members.
  • Responsible for evaluating prospective real estate investments, financial analysis, and financial reporting. This involves developing investment appraisals and feasibility reports for prospective projects.
  • Responsible for managing all technical consultants like the Architect, Quantity Surveyors, Project managers, etc in executing real estate development projects
  • Liaise with relevant Financial Institutions in securing mortgages for qualified off-takers.
  • Liaise with other external parties, like the lawyers, other consultants and regulators.
  • Responsible for developing and documenting efficient and effective internal processes in line with best practice
  • Responsible for all IT operations – Company’s website, email accounts, and general IT support

Skills

  • Good research, data gathering and analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time, prioritize to meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Should possess strong written, communication and presentation skills
